      Terms of Service

      Last updated: 28 March 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of futurehooper.co.uk and any purchases you make from Future Hooper ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

These Terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer, you retain any statutory rights under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract.

      1. About Us

      2. Eligibility

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are purchasing with the consent of a parent or guardian. Our products are intended for use in the UK.

      3. Orders and Contract

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is out of stock or an error has occurred in pricing or product description.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly on different screens.

      4. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price confirmed at the time of your order.

      5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We currently ship to UK addresses only. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you. Risk passes to you upon delivery. For full delivery details, see our Delivery Information page.

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, please contact us at FutureHooper.co.uk@gmail.com and we will investigate.

      6. Returns and Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, notify us by email at FutureHooper.co.uk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

Return postage is at your expense unless the item is faulty or we made an error. We will refund the original purchase price (including standard delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used.

This right does not apply to personalised or custom-made items.

For full details, see our Returns Policy.

      7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

      • Within 30 days: You have the short-term right to reject faulty goods for a full refund.
      • 30 days to 6 months: You are entitled to a repair or replacement. During this period, the burden of proof is on us — we must demonstrate the fault was not present at the time of delivery if we dispute your claim. If repair or replacement is unsuccessful, you can claim a refund.
      • After 6 months: You must prove the fault existed at the time of delivery. We will offer at least one repair or replacement attempt before a refund can be requested. A deduction for use may apply.

Please email FutureHooper.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

      8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Future Hooper and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

      9. Limitation of Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so — this includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any breach of your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order.

      10. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, transmit any harmful or offensive material, or interfere with its operation.

We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times or free from errors.

      11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Changes will not affect orders already placed.

      12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you have a dispute with us, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform or contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
